What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy, also known as physical therapy, is a healthcare profession focused on helping people regain movement and function after injury, illness, or disability.
Physiotherapists use exercises, hands-on techniques (manual therapy), and teach you how to better take care of yourself. From pain management, to mobility improvement, or simply to boost your well-being, a good physiotherapist creates plans that fit your needs to help you get back on your feet and stay well. At Surf and Sports Myotherapy, we assess each person’s unique needs and design personalised treatment plans to promote recovery and prevent future problems. In simple words, it’s a great solution to regain your independence and improve your quality of life, through improved physical function.
